How to restore HealthMAP outages

Meters are not always successful in sending a restoration message when their power is restored.  While HealthMAP will eventually fix them using load & voltage data, you may prefer to clear them manually/immediately.


There are 2 ways to do this:


1. Restore meters individually:

To do this, select the flashing meter on the map view, then select 'RESTORE OUTAGE' on the menu that pops-up on the right-hand side of the screen



2. To restore all meters which are indicating they are experiencing an outage, select the

button in the upper left-hand corner then expand it using the LEGEND button




At the bottom of that window there is a button to RESTORE ALL meters which are indicating outages.
