How Can I View All Tickets Under My Company?

Utilismart can grant an individual access to all tickets submitted by the company.  To gain access, they must follow the steps below:
1) Create a new ticket with the following text in the subject line "Allow me to view all tickets for my company"

2) Tell Utilismart why the access is required along with Manager approval.

3) List the domains associated with a your companies emails addresses.

    For example you company uses:

  1. @utilismartcorp.com
  2. @utilismart.ca
  3. @utilismart.com.


After approval has been granted, click on Tickets in the top right corner of the portal.  A new drop down will be available on the right side of your screen called "Created By:"  This drop down will allow the filter of all tickets, personal tickets or people who have access to the portal.
