There are 2 different ways to create a ticket:
1) Go to Utilismart Customer Portal and create a ticket from there : https://utilismartcorp.freshdesk.com/support/home
After clicking the button you'll be brought to a form where you will add your email, the subject, the priority and some notes on the issue you are facing.
2) Call us toll free at +1 (888) 652-0689.
In any case, you will get an email notification with a direct link to your ticket shortly.
