Basics Of Data View

The Data View within UDM has plenty of different uses built into just one section. To get to the data view tab you press the three stripe menu in the top left corner, and then select the third option.

After that you will be shown a large table filled with your meter information. You can either scroll through the meters and pick which ever one you like or you can sort them to find exactly what you're looking for.

You can decide if you want only active or all devices and the more specific filters include: Device Name, Connection Status, General Type, Billing Cycle, Manufacturer, Account Name, Account Number, Street Name, Location ID, MAC Address and USDP ID.

There is also the option for All Devices and Only Active. All Devices portrays the entire data meter set and the only active tab includes only active account numbers.

Table Options

After selecting the meter of interest, you will see a graph of the measured usage of that meter. Along the top of that graph you have a couple different options. You can transform that graph into a data table set, read the metered max demand, read the calculated max demand and the TOU reading breakdown.

Graph

Graph is the default view within the Data View tab. The red line showcases the KWH reads throughout the day, the green dots are the register reads and the yellow mass is the temperature of the meter.

Data Table

In the data table you get the stats faster. This page showcases the date, the interval, the KWH meter and register reading, the KWH VEE (The state of the reading), KWH Source (Whether the meter data is Actual or VEE) and KWH status, VOLTS reading and the temperature. Along the top it also provides the KWH peak time and reading along with the voltage peak time and reading.

Metered Max Demand

The metered max demand table simply showcases the read date, KWH reading, KW max demand date and the KW max demand.

Calculated Max Demand

The calculated max demand showcases the date, KWH total, KWH reading date, KWH reading actual, KW max demand date and KW max demand calculated.

TOU Readings

This page lets you see the breakdown of how much power is split into each TOU bucket. This is not done post load.

Meter Filters and Actions

Filters

The filters menu, found by the top left of the page is where you can select how many days worth of data you'd like. You can also decide if you want delivered or received data along with the unit of measure.

Actions

The actions tab is initially closed but when opened you are given a few options. You can request a On Demand Read (Meter Register Reads, Gatekeeper Register Reads, All Available Meter Data and Last 24 Hours Meter Data). You can request a power status check, download the data as a CSV, download in CMEP, Run VEE and Insert Register Reads.

Additional Info

Below the actions tab is where all the information on the specific meter is shown (location, source name etc..) along with the max, mean and minimum temperature.
