UDM Dashboard

Several sections were still displaying billing cycles that are meant to be for ADEs only. We've since fix this to only show external billing cycles to the customer.

Bulk Data Export
- Significant performance improvements were made here. Overall the New Export process should feel much quicker
- Bug Fix : 'Add all' button - This button is fully functional again after a minor regression from a previous deployment

ODS Reports
- Bug Fix - RegisterReadRollbackReport - This report would throw an error if no data was returned. That will no longer happen and the page will simply display an empty table going forward.

Dataview - Device Attributes
- Going forward, if a meter has multiple EXTERNAL billing cycles associated with it, all of those billing cycles will be listed in the Billing Cycle field in a comma separated format.

UDM - Major performance improvements across a couple features in UDM
- Device Map: Customers with larger meter populations will load much quicker in the device map going forward. This change was made in preparation for SECO's onboarding
- External API: The API currently being used for the CEP project now has better filtering on the backend, increasing the speed at which larger sets of data are gathered.

- Columns now resizable in main exports page

- Newly supported ERT ID and ERT Type attributes now viewable in the Log Details Pane

UDM Data View - Added the ability to filter meters by Manufacturer

MultiSpeak - Fixed a bug that was causing meters from ADE-Only billing cycles to expire whenever a meter's billing cycle was updated.

Last Gasp Router: Outage Messages are now being forwarded to SmartMap/HealthMap for the following customers.
