If a user forgets their password, it can be reset by:
1. Using the Forgot Password link on the login page
SmartMAP will request your username (usually your email address) and SmartMAP will send you an email with a temporary password which you will be prompted to change when you log in with it.
2. A user with Admin rights in SmartMAP can navigate to the Admin page, select the user who requires a password reset, then use the Reset Password button which will send them an email with a temporary password.
