Finding The Reconnect/Disconnect Option
After Logging into your Utility Device Manager Account, go to the 3 stripe menu at the top left of the window and select Data View
Once you are into the data view you need to select the meter you'd like to reconnect/disconnect. You can use any of the filters in the left side to help find that certain meter. These filters include Device Name, Account Name, Account Number, Street Name, Location ID, etc..
Once you have found the meter of interest select it and open the Actions tab.
From there you will have 5 action options, but we will focus on disconnect and reconnect.
Confirming and Status Updates
Once selecting to reconnect or disconnect the meter you will be asked to confirm your choice. Please insure that you are selecting the correct meter.
After confirming your reconnect/disconnect request you will get a notification. This will give you updates on the progress of your read. Below you can see the notifications. One for the request being made, one for the meter processing your request and one more for the status update.
